Discipleship training - Leading and training leaders in discipleship courses to encourage spiritual growth and develop lay leaders. Education - Helping to develop and teaching at the new Bible Institute in Tijuana. Networking - Connecting short-term mission teams from North America with projects in Tijuana. Administration - Leading CRWM's mission in Mexico as field leader.
